The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to meet our organizational needs. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and proficiency in various recruitment tools and platforms. Responsibilities Recruits and assist in hiring process when asked Assist with orientation and training of all new hires Participate in coaching and disciplining all employees as needed. Assist with maintaining a complete and accurate visit schedule, tracking staff and availability, cancellation, late visits / early departures from assigned shift. Finding replacements for staff that have called in or unable to work as needed Find appropriate staff for individual clients as needed When on-call, uses every effort to find staff for individual client as needed. Keep a log of events including employee availability, employee issues, problems with staff or client concerns as needed Use communication log, which includes needs, availability or cancellations. Approach each call with positive and in a professional manner. Maintain good communication with all personnel staff, supervisory staff
