This role is responsible for executing strategic recruitment plans focused on clinical and administrative leaders—including nurse managers, directors, physician leaders, and other key roles. The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven recruiter with strong healthcare knowledge and a passion for connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities in a clinical setting. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies to recruit top-tier clinical leaders across various service lines and specialties. Partner closely with hiring managers, senior executives, and HR to define role requirements and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals. Proactively source passive candidates through networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional associations, and healthcare-specific platforms. Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job postings, applicant screening, competency-based interviews, and candidate selection. Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Present qualified candidates with a strong understanding of clinical competencies, leadership potential, and cultural fit. Negotiate offers in collaboration with compensation and leadership teams to ensure alignment with organizational standards and candidate expectations. Guide candidates through the pre-employment and onboarding process, including background checks, credentialing, and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and build robust talent pipelines for high-priority roles. Deliver timely updates to hiring managers and provide consultative insights based on candidate feedback and market trends. Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Represent the organization at career fairs, leadership conferences, and networking events to expand employer brand visibility in healthcare leadership circles.
