What you’ll do: The Coordinator, Talent Acquisition is responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of the onboarding process, ensuring that new employees are effectively integrated into the company culture and equipped with the necessary resources to succeed

Responsibilities:

Responds to escalated ServiceNow ticket inquiries and provide assistance Manages transactions related to internal transfers and promotions Provides administrative support to the recruitment team, such as crafting job descriptions, scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate travel Assists in the preparation of job postings and candidate tracking. Assist with coordination with hiring managers to identify staffing needs with the ultimate goal to ensure LBS hires competent, qualified, and fitting candidates in a timely and effective manner. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and professional networks Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls, assessment and in-person interviews Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements Assist in reviewing and screening resumes to identify qualified candidates Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes, and related papers Respond with candidates promptly in accordance with standard operating procedure and assist them when they come in for interviews Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles and candidates Stay current with HR best practices and trends in recruiting strategies contributing ideas for innovation and improvement in sourcing, screening and interviewing methods Assists with new hire onboarding (preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings) ensuring smooth and positive candidate experiences Assist in drafting and sending offer letters and employment contracts Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment processes and candidate experience Maintains regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as assigned. What you’ll need:

Education:

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience:
