We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Recruitment Specialist to support multiple clinical trials across diverse therapeutic areas, with a focus on neurology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in patient outreach, screening, and enrollment, along with deep knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to each protocol Engage with potential participants through digital, community, and traditional outreach efforts Collaborate with site staff, study coordinators, and investigators to optimize screening and enrollment processes Maintain accurate tracking of outreach efforts and enrollment metrics Ensure compliance with GCP, HIPAA, and all applicable regulatory and sponsor requirements Assist with informed consent process as needed Partner with marketing and external vendors to refine recruitment materials and campaigns Contribute to regular reporting on recruitment performance to stakeholders

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of clinical trial recruitment experience, preferably across multiple protocols or indications GCP certification required Strong understanding of the clinical trial process and patient eligibility criteria Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Experience with EDC systems, CTMS, or patient registries preferred Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Experience:

Experience recruiting for neurology trials Familiarity with decentralized trial components and technology platforms for patient engagement
