What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the charge in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent. You’ll partner with local clinic managers to ensure our team thrives, so we can deliver exceptional care to our patients.
Your role will include:
Proactively sourcing and scouting exceptional candidates—from entry-level hires to Physicians, Physician Extenders, and middle—across 5-7 hires per clinic as we expand nationwide. Crafting strategies to get people excited about joining Menspro, using platforms like job boards, social media, and creative outreach. Conducting phone and in-person interviews with confidence and precision to uncover hidden gems.
Managing the full hiring process:
identifying staffing needs, making hiring recommendations and decisions, and onboarding new team members. Collaborating with local managers to ensure every employee is supported and set up for success.
Who You Are:
A talent-hunting pro with a knack for spotting gold, diamonds in the rough, true superstars, and getting people pumped about an opportunity. A master communicator with razor-sharp verbal and written skills. Quick on your feet, able to thrive in a high-energy, explosive-growth environment. Comfortable traveling (by air and car, fully covered by us) to connect with candidates and teams. Experienced in hiring processes and eager to take ownership of building a world-class team.
