Account Executive Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Staffing Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and delivering customized staffing solutions. Your success will directly impact business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries and markets. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal recruiting teams. Understand client workforce needs and provide tailored staffing solutions (temporary, temp-to-perm, direct hire, etc.). Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in alignment with company policies. Collaborate with recruiters to ensure timely and high-quality talent delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and job orders in the CRM system. Monitor market trends and competitors to strategically position our services.

Qualifications:

Proven success in staffing, recruiting, B2B sales, or account management (1-3+ years preferred). Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Familiarity with staffing services, employment trends, and workforce solutions. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field (preferred but not required).
