Job Description

Position Summary… The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading recruiting efforts for Walmart Corporate Functions, including Corporate Affairs and Global Governance. Will have people leadership responsibility for a team of Talent Acquisition recruiters and will focus on candidate attraction strategies, building talent pools, and driving recruiting performance. Maintain high standards of candidate and hiring manager experience and consistently meet hiring goals and organizational objectives. Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and manage a team of recruiters focused on hiring mid-level talent across Walmart Corporate Functions. Design and manage strategic recruiting initiatives that attract talent in critical talent segments. Partner with business leaders and other key stakeholders to understand workforce plans and maintain appropriate recruiter capacity to address hiring needs. Present recruiting data, talent market trends, and strategic recommendations to leadership and management teams. Track and analyze recruiting metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement. Drive operationally excellent, predictable and repeatable processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or equivalent experience . 10+ years of progressive experience in recruiting 5+ years of people leadership experience; demonstrated success with coaching, employee development and performance management. Experience partnering with RPO, Recruitment Marketing and Sourcing Partners. Strong business acumen with the ability to solve complex challenges, utilizing sound judgement, critical thinking and analysis. Demonstrated ability to use data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive outcomes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues to a range of audiences, including Leadership and influence key stakeholders. Proven ability to manage recruiting projects from strategy through execution. Proficiency in Microsoft, WorkDay and other tools.
