systems for clients and candidates Recruiting using social media, job boards and marketing tools Assist applicants with the onboarding process Collecting hours from external employees and verifying with customers to ensure accurate payouts Monitor, resolve or direct complaints, issues or injuries Answering incoming calls and returning phone messages Send routine information by phone, text or email Entering information into database Performing office support tasks Establish and maintain positive work appropriate relationships

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

General Knowledge of Technology Google Suite & Microsoft Office experience preferred Typing with accuracy and proficiency. Ability to work independently Excellent Customer service skills Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills Experience with Sales preferred Basic mathematical skills

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Demands and Abilities Must be able to remain in a stationary position majority of time Keyboarding- entering data into computer or other system Occasionally move about inside the office to access filing cabinets, office equipment Occasionally move boxes between 5-10 pounds Vision abilities include close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate Bilingual – (English, Haitian Creole or Spanish) We are an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity.
