Full Job Description Description Job Overview:
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Director is responsible for leading the region’s recruitment strategy to provide outstanding talent for a fast-paced, growing workforce. As the subject matter expert, you will collaborate with the Global Director of Talent Acquisition, senior leadership team, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to understand the talent needs of the organization and ensure successful talent acquisition strategies are in place, aligned with the business strategy and goals, and are being successfully executed. This role will also support recruitment activities for assigned open positions within the region (Director, VP level and above).
Your Responsibilities:
Responsible for oversight of ongoing staffing needs and ensuring great relationships with candidates, hiring managers and HR Operations leaders. Provides strategic assistance as well as tactical assistance and takes a “roll up your sleeves” approach when necessary. Partners with HR Ops leaders to discuss upcoming company needs and develop recruitment plan. Leverages and maintains data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements Collaborates with HR Ops leadership to understand strategic and tactical requirements, implement best practices, and enhance recruitment processes to meet KPIs. Supports full-lifecycle recruitment for Corporate and Executive level positions within the assigned region/market. Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including planning, sourcing, selection, offers, relocation, and onboarding processes Work in conjunction with leadership and stakeholders at all levels to identify recruitment and hiring development needs, devise and deliver solutions and content, and assess their effectiveness. Take ownership of recruitment metrics and actively pursue results in terms of Quality of Hires, Process Efficiency, Timeliness, Cost Management, and Customer Satisfaction. Partner with Operations to devise efficient sourcing and recruiting strategies to reduce time-to-fill metrics. Ensure compliance of recruitment processes with employment laws and company policies. Foster networking and cultivate a talent community, establishing partnerships across multiple states. Support the company’s brand by promoting and reinforcing the employment/recruitment brand. Contribute to the development of processes that enhance the candidate experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years related experience, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. Recruiting and HR certifications are a plus A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a high performing team Demonstrated success track record of working in a fast-paced setting that includes supporting multiple individuals Prior Recruiting support experience required including in a high-volume environment Prior experience working in an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Jobvite, required Demonstrated experience in creating and executing innovative recruitment programs and initiatives Proficiency in developing improvements, best practices and providing training for recruiting teams and hiring managers Track record of success in implementing creative recruitment strategies in markets with limited talent supply Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills Effective time management and prioritization skills with a strong sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines Resilient and tenacious in navigating and overcoming challenges and difficult situations Detail-oriented, high level of accuracy in work product, with exemplary organizational and analytical skills Ability to interact at all levels of the organization both within HR and throughout the company, including with external parties Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Highly flexible and motivated with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
