The Recruitment Manager will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process and lead the development and execution of staffing strategies. This role involves managing recruiter performance, ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates, and supporting staffing needs across our facilities to maintain efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of the recruitment process Identify and prioritize open positions, coordinating recruitment efforts with internal and external resources Maintain a monthly recruitment plan with weekly follow-ups Monitor candidate pipelines and oversee scheduling of manager interviews Manage recruiter workload to ensure timely fulfillment of open roles, including support for large-scale hiring efforts Review and edit job postings for clarity and consistency with internal standards Ensure accurate and complete data entry in the applicant tracking system (Apploi); perform audits as needed Track recruitment activity and generate regular reports with recommendations for process improvement Collaborate with facility teams to ensure staffing needs are aligned with operational demands Assist in scheduling support and ensure accurate data entry in scheduling platforms Maintain attendance records and support management in addressing attendance-related concerns Generate staffing reports including open positions and scheduling variances

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience; healthcare or long-term care setting preferred Prior experience in scheduling or staffing in a healthcare environment strongly preferred Familiarity with ATS platforms (Apploi a plus) Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Detail-oriented and able to manage confidential information with discretion Flexible schedule and ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization If you’re a highly organized, strategic thinker with a passion for recruitment and workforce planning, we encourage you to apply today!
