This role requires a strategic and operational focus, working closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes while maintaining an exceptional candidate and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job approval through to offer acceptance Collaborate with Internal Mobility, Direct Sourcing, Coordination, Onboarding, and Vendor teams to deliver a seamless recruitment process Conduct requirement meetings to align on role expectations, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies Provide market intelligence and insights to inform hiring decisions and set stakeholder expectations Promote internal referrals and direct sourcing to optimize hiring channels and reduce vendor reliance Screen, shortlist, and present qualified candidates while ensuring a high standard of candidate experience throughout Conduct HR interviews with final-stage candidates and manage the offer process in line with company policy Ensure full compliance with all internal recruitment processes, data integrity standards, and service level agreements What are we looking for in the right candidate? Extensive experience in direct recruitment within a multinational or matrixed business environment Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholder relationships concurrently Strong communication, advisory, and negotiation skills with a consultative approach Comfortable operating in a process-driven, service-level-oriented recruitment model Able to work autonomously and collaboratively across cross-functional teams This role offers the opportunity to contribute strategically to our recruitment operations, adding value through insight, expertise, and delivery excellence.
