Responsibilities:

Communication & Recruiting Be the first point of contact for job applicants—conduct phone screens and manage communications. Post and update job ads on hiring platforms like Indeed. Keep applicant pipelines and interview schedules organized and up to date. Onboarding & Offboarding Manage onboarding logistics: welcome packets, paperwork, and introductions. Oversee offboarding including exit interviews, access removal, and documentation. HR Administration Coordinate and track employee performance reviews. Maintain employee records and assist with policy documentation and compliance upkeep. Support team communication and help nurture a positive company culture. What We’re Looking For 2-4 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting, or a similar admin/people ops role. Confident and professional phone presence—comfortable leading conversations and following up assertively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems. Familiarity with HR systems like Gusto, BambooHR, or similar is a plus. Experience in construction, design, or a fast-paced service business is a bonus.
