Remote (must live in EST time zone, preferably in the Boston, MA, upstate NY, or Southwest Florida areas)
Compensation:

Confidential (posted by recruiting partner) About the Opportunity Our team is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, multi-location consumer services company seeking a dedicated and proactive Hiring Manager to lead their recruiting operations. This person will own and optimize the full hiring process—from high-volume frontline roles to specialized leadership positions. The ideal candidate is an organized, people-first leader who can manage multiple priorities, scale systems, and build the recruiting function into a strategic advantage. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy & Execution Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and locations Collaborate with department heads to define job profiles, scorecards, and interview flow Post roles to job boards and manage sourcing channels (Indeed, referrals, etc.) Build a strong pipeline of candidates across all job categories Hiring Process Management Coordinate and streamline the interview process for speed and consistency Maintain clear documentation, communication templates, and interview guides Work directly with internal stakeholders to set hiring priorities and timelines Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience from start to offer Reporting & Performance Track and report weekly hiring metrics: time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and conversion rates Forecast staffing needs and hiring plans aligned to growth Monitor quality of hires and retention trends to improve the hiring process Team Coordination Lead a team of 2-5 hiring specialists and admin support Act as the primary liaison between recruiting and leadership teams Partner with marketing or external agencies for job promotion and hiring events What We’re Looking For 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (multi-unit retail, hospitality, or service-based businesses preferred) Experience managing full-cycle hiring and optimizing systems High comfort level with ATS platforms (e.g., Breezy, Greenhouse, Workable) Proven ability to manage 10-20+ open roles across multiple markets Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with strong communication skills A passion for people, process, and building great teams Success in This Role Means Roles are filled quickly with quality hires Candidates move smoothly through the funnel Hiring managers are informed, aligned, and supported Reporting is clear and actionable The recruiting function runs like a well-oiled machine Benefits Competitive salary and bonus structure Flexible work environment (mostly remote with some onsite needs) Leadership access and ability to shape the company’s hiring culture Supportive team and resources to help you succeed How to Apply Submit your resume and a short note explaining what makes you a great fit for this role.
