This role requires occasional travel, both nationally and internationally, and has the opportunity for a hybrid schedule. As the Manager of Talent Acquisition , you will lead and refine our global recruitment strategy, ensuring a seamless and impactful hiring experience across our international operations. You’ll partner directly with the VP of HR, coaching and guiding local HR Generalists and shaping the strategies and processes that bring top talent into our growing organization. Why OCASA? Position Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a scalable, data-driven recruitment strategy that supports the organization’s growth objectives Oversee full-cycle recruitment for key roles across multiple regions, delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers Mentor HR Generalists in multiple countries, acting as a central point of expertise and support, to ensure recruitment is being managed effectively and is aligned with best practices and local compliance Oversee partnerships with external recruitment vendors and agencies to uphold service standards and maximize cost-effectiveness Leverage key recruitment analytics to evaluate performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights that drive continuous process improvement

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or other related field 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, including managing and coordinating recruitment across multiple countries Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end recruitment for a variety of positions, with a strong understanding of global hiring practices, compliance, and market trends Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, particularly within multicultural, remote-first, or matrixed organizational settings English and Spanish bilingual business proficiency required Occasional national and international travel required Join our team and take the lead in driving talent strategy, building exceptional teams, and shaping our company’s growth— apply today!
