Job Description Insight Global is partnering with a Private Equity Firm who owns and operates a portfolio of fast-growing companies across the Health & Wellness/CPG space who is looking for a hands-on Director of Recruitment to join their organization to help enhance their Talent Acquisition Strategy, Brand Awareness, and overall, attract the highest quality of talent. As the Director of Recruitment, you will play a critical role in building leadership teams, functional talent pipelines, and scalable hiring processes across a diverse group of high-growth businesses. This position offers a unique opportunity to partner closely with executives, founders, and operators, making a significant impact on our talent strategy. An ideal candidate for this position would be someone is passionate about the candidate experience and finding the perfect person for the organization, not someone who just wants to “check the box”. Someone who is passionate about Health & Wellness and can truly be an extension of our clients mission. Our client is offering a competitive base salary, with additional bonuses/incentives and benefits package. This position can sit remotely and has a base salary of $175K-198K + additional incentives.
