A Career thatEmpowers You to Build Your Future The Manager, Talent AcquisitionStrategy plays a key role in supporting and executing strategicinitiatives that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, andinnovation of the Talent Acquisition function. This role worksclosely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and cross-functionalteams to streamline recruitment processes, improve candidateexperience, and align hiring strategies with business goals. Theideal candidate will drive operational improvements, supportdata-driven decision-making, and contribute to the overall successof Talent Acquisition initiatives. Your Responsibilities on theTeam Act as a key partner to the Head of Talent Acquisition,ensuring alignment with organizational hiring objectives andpriorities. Support and execute strategic initiatives aimed atimproving recruitment strategies, enhancing quality of hire, andoptimizing hiring processes. Monitor key performance indicators(KPIs) to track Talent Acquisition effectiveness and recommendprocess improvements. Collaborate with HR Operations, Data &Analytics, and other business units to align hiring strategies andimprove cross-functional efficiency. Assist in the development ofpresentations, reports, and insights for leadership meetings,Townhalls, and other executive updates. Support project managementefforts for high-impact initiatives, ensuring timely execution andsuccessful outcomes. Facilitate effective communication across theTalent Acquisition team by managing updates, newsletters, andmeetings to ensure transparency and alignment. Identifyopportunities to integrate new technologies and best practices intoTalent Acquisition processes. Your Toolbox Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 2-4years of corporate experience in Talent Acquisition, HumanResources, or a related function. 1-2 years of project managementexperience with a proven ability to drive initiatives tocompletion. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assessperformance metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, includingexperience creating presentations and reports. Highly organizedwith strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiplepriorities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment andcollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strongproblem-solving skills and a proactive mindset in identifying andimplementing solutions.
Physical & Office/Site PresenceRequirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position whichrequires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computerequipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move andcarry up to 25 lbs.
