DESCRIPTIONJobSummaryThe primary responsibility of the Practice Director is tomaintain a consistent above average performance metrics, providebusiness generation leadership, motivation and direction to directreports, participate in the recruitment of new hires, andeffectively communicate with all levels within the organization.

Qualifications:

1+ years talent solutions and/or management or equivalentexperience required. Proven performance in talent manager/director role. Demonstrated success in business generation, leading anddriving business development. Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solvingskills. Proficient in MS Office, databases and other technologysystems.

Education:
