Key Responsibilities Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment operations across multiple states and business units. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in warehouse, logistics, sales, and corporate functions. Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists. Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and workforce planning. Leverage Workday for requisition management, candidate tracking, workflow automation, analytics, and compliance reporting. Monitor recruiting metrics and KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, etc.), and use data to drive process improvements. Ensure recruitment practices align with federal, state, and local employment laws Manage relationships with third-party vendors, job boards, and staffing agencies as needed. Promote our employer brand through targeted recruitment campaigns, social media, job fairs, and industry events. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in recruiting, with at least 4 years in a management or lead role. Proven experience using Workday in a talent acquisition capacity (requisitions, workflows, analytics, reporting) – highly desired. Strong understanding of multistate employment practices and compliance requirements. Experience recruiting for diverse roles including hourly, technical, and corporate positions. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities. Experience in the food distribution or supply chain/logistics industry is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus. We are Quirch Foods. Our Passion is your Joy.
