Job Details KeyResponsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition & Sourcing- Designand implement end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned withbusiness goals. Develop targeted sourcing plans and creativecampaigns to attract diverse, high-caliber talent. Maintain andoptimize recruiting databases, job boards, Handshake, andindustry-specific platforms. Team Leadership- Manage, mentor, anddevelop a team of recruiters to exceed performance goals. Foster acollaborative, service-oriented team culture. Transform talentacquisition into a strategic, consultative partner across theorganization. Executive & Specialized Hiring- Partner with seniorleadership to lead high-impact searches for executive andspecialized roles. Oversee recruitment efforts for hard-to-fill orhighly technical positions. Operational Excellence & CandidateExperience- Drive improvements to interview, selection, andonboarding processes. Ensure a best-in-class candidate journey thatreflects our employer brand. Collaborate with HR and hiringmanagers to streamline operations and reduce time-to-fill.
Analytics & Reporting- Monitor key recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire,candidate satisfaction, quality of hire, etc.). Leverage datainsights to refine strategies and improve outcomes across thehiring funnel. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)- Championinclusive hiring practices and implement DEI-focused recruitinginitiatives. Support fair evaluation methods and bias mitigationefforts across the recruitment lifecycle. Stakeholder ℜlationship Management- Build strong relationships with departmentleaders to align talent needs with organizational goals. Networkwith external partners, universities, and industry groups tomaintain a robust talent pipeline.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’sdegree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 7 years inrecruitment/talent acquisition, including 3 years in a leadershiprole. Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and strategichiring. Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies. In-depthknowledge of employment laws and compliance standards. Exceptionalcommunication and stakeholder management skills. Strong commitmentto DEI principles.
Preferred:
Master’s degree in HR or a relatedfield. Industry-specific recruiting experience (e.g., tech,finance, healthcare). HR or recruitment certification (e.g.,SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS).
