REQUIREMENTS
1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or management experience. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a demanding environment. Strong cold-calling, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Exceptional consulting and client relationship management skills with strengths in successful conflict resolution. High achievement drive, resilience, flexibility, and commitment to achieving goals. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook email required.
SELECT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct client/candidate searches via networking, cold-calling, job board utilization, etc. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find and attract desired passive candidates. Schedule interviews between internal customers and candidates as appropriate. Prepare candidates for job interviews. Conduct candidate interviews. Practice active relationship-building with candidates and clients. Follow up with candidates and account managers after interviews. Present job offers and negotiate, as necessary. Contribute to the development and consistent execution of staffing best practices. Support business goals by meeting/exceeding individual and team total gross margin goals.
