Oversee a team of recruiters, develop their KPIs, and coach, mentor, and manage their performance. Create, implement, and oversee a recruiting process and recruiting strategies. Work closely with senior departmental managers and executive leadership to understand recruiting priorities. Reviews job descriptions and job requisitions for accuracy and to ensure that postings are up to date with the most relevant information for the job boards. Director of Talent Acquisition:
