Canvassing Manager and Recruiter Liquid Lawn 12 Aviator Way, Ormond Beach, FL 32174 Wanna sell some lawn care and make it rain? Aight. Here is the low down. We are looking for a canvassing manager and recruiter to run a door 2 door sales team. You need to know grass pretty good not to sounds like an idiot talking to potential clients but we can train that.
A day in the job:
As a our outside sales manager you will be responsible for: 1)hiring sales reps 2)managing sales reps, 3) getting paid based off of your team’s performance. With thousands of clients in the Volusia and St Johns counties, you have the opportunity to excel. Although we started in Macon, this Florida branch is our fastest growing team. And we are planning on opening many more locations. This means there is opportunity for you to grow with us and truly have a career. Pay and Experience:
The base pay is $41,600 or $800 a week. The remainder of your pay will be sales commission. The 100% NO BS truth is that we have the reputation and client base for you to easily make over $100k if you have the persistence and the work ethic. We have over 3000 clients and strong long lead flow every week. We have kick ass health insurance . We match up to $200 a month and you choose a plan that suits your budget.
