Game-Changer:

You’ll build and lead a centralized, enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy across clinical, non-clinical, and provider recruitment — scaling a TA model that supports current and future system growth. You’ll be the chief architect of innovation in recruiting , introducing AI and automation to elevate processes, candidate experience, and TA team effectiveness. You’ll shape and communicate the system-wide TA vision to the C-suite, HR business partners, and regional executives — turning insight into action and strategy into results. You’ll create a modern, data-forward recruiting function that balances high-volume hiring needs with precision talent strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a TA organization of ~45 FTEs, including directors, recruiters, and operations teams, to meet enterprise hiring goals with excellence. Partner closely with senior leadership, department heads, and hiring managers to align hiring priorities, workforce plans, and candidate experience strategies with system-wide business goals. Design and implement scalable processes, tools, and performance metrics that enhance quality of hire, speed to fill, and hiring manager satisfaction. Champion the use of technology, AI, and analytics to modernize workflows, identify friction points, and increase recruiting agility. Develop and manage creative, inclusive sourcing strategies and long-term pipeline programs, including partnerships with academic institutions and diversity-focused outreach. Maintain full compliance with EEOC, OFCCP, and federal/state employment regulations and ensure all recruiting policies reflect best practices and legal requirements. Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Chief Talent Officer, providing regular reporting, forecasting, and board-level insights on system hiring performance and future planning.

Candidate Profile:
Proven Healthcare Leader:

8-10+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including 5+ years leading large-scale healthcare hiring teams. Provider recruitment experience preferred.

Strategic Operator:

You bring a systems mindset and a track record of building or evolving TA functions at scale — especially in high-growth or transformational environments.

Inspirational People Leader:

You mentor and motivate diverse teams, build trust across the org, and hold others accountable while fostering growth and collaboration.

Technology-Forward Thinker:

You’ve implemented modern recruiting tech, understand ATS optimization, and use data to guide your strategies and performance reporting.

Relationship Builder & Communicator:

You partner closely with C-suite, HR, and operations leaders, and know how to influence across multiple stakeholder groups.

Operational Excellence:

You have strong project management skills and are energized by building order from complexity, always with a lens on speed, quality, and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership). Experience designing recruitment infrastructure — including process, systems, strategy, and metrics — for high-growth or large-scale healthcare organizations. Fluency in federal and state employment law, including EEOC and OFCCP regulations. Demonstrated success delivering talent acquisition metrics to executive audiences and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
