Job Description

As the Director of Donor Recruitment at Xytex, you’ll lead the strategy, training, and performance efforts behind our donor recruitment program across six locations. Your ability to coach teams, analyze trends, and drive performance will directly support our mission of helping families achieve their dreams. If you’re persuasive, data-driven, and passionate about leading people toward a goal, we’d love to hear from you! This role will be based out of Marietta, Midtown Atlanta or Lawrenceville. What You’ll Do

  • Own and implement the recruitment strategy across all six Xytex donor sites.
  • Train, coach, and support donor coordinators to strengthen their recruiting effectiveness and meet weekly and monthly donor goals.
  • Collaborate with our external marketing team to execute recruitment-focused campaigns that drive high-quality donor leads.
  • Work closely with our Regional Recruiter to plan, promote, and attend community recruitment events.
  • Develop and implement programs to optimize the donor pipeline and conversion rates across sites.
  • Regularly analyze recruitment performance data and lead weekly reporting on site progress and opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and strategic support to help sites meet and exceed targets. What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, coaching, recruiting, or a related field focused on influence and behavior change.
  • Proven experience leading teams or initiatives across multiple sites or markets and experience leading with a hands-on approach.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and coaching skills.
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to identify performance trends and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to travel regularly between donor centers.
