Responsibilities include sourcing and engaging qualified candidates for our Management Trainee and Intern programs through talent recruitment software and direct recruiting activities within assigned target schools. This position requires strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with Cintas field and executive leaders and key contacts on university/college campuses.
