What You’ll Own:
Drive the Nurse Recruitment Strategy across all hospitals and care sites, aligning efforts with broader organizational goals and SLA’s Partner Closely with Nursing & Hiring Leaders to co-create effective, timely, and scalable hiring, interview, and offer processes. Build Strong Relationships with Nursing management as we shift toward adopting a more agile TA approach. Foster Vendor Relationships to support partners who are key to high-volume nursing hiring. Collaborate with Compensation & HR Leadership to ensure our offers remain competitive and aligned with the evolving healthcare labor market. Track, Measure & Communicate Impact — define and report on TA metrics that matter, driving accountability and continuous improvement. Continuously Reimagine Hiring Processes to find creative ways to create a best-in-class candidate experience for the brand.

What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree required ; advanced degree a plus. 4-6+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience , including 2+ years in healthcare/nursing recruitment. Proven success leading hiring strategies during periods of growth or change. A dynamic personality with strong communication, influencing, and data fluency skills.
