Executive Director, Talent Acquisition A Brief Overview The Executive Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our talent acquisition function, driving recruitment strategies, and attracting top talent to support our business growth. This role reports to the Chief Talent Officer and will play a critical role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring seamless and effective talent acquisition. What you will do

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior leaders to understand talent needs and drive workforce planning initiatives.

Recruitment Process Management:

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance. Implement best practices, standardize processes, and leverage technology solutions to streamline recruitment operations.

Employer Branding:

Develop and promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent. Partner with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling employer value propositions and execute employer branding initiatives.

Sourcing and Candidate Engagement:

Drive proactive sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations.

Talent Pipeline Development:

Establish and maintain a strong talent strategy for critical and hard-to-fill positions. Implement innovative approaches for sourcing, attracting, and engaging passive candidates. Early in

Career Program:

Develop and implement the early in career program strategy, partnering with local universities and talent programs to develop a continuous pipeline of talent.

Candidate Assessment and Selection:

Develop and implement robust assessment methodologies and tools to evaluate candidate fit, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks. Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the selection process.

Recruitment Analytics:

Utilize data and metrics to drive insights and continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment effectiveness and provide regular reports to senior leadership.

Employer Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding recruitment and selection. Stay up-to-date with relevant legal requirements and industry best practices.

Talent Acquisition Team Leadership:

Build and lead a high-performing talent acquisition team. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR partners to understand talent needs, provide strategic recruitment advice, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Recruitment Expertise:

Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, assessment, and selection methodologies. Familiarity with recruitment technology and tools to optimize recruitment operations.

Employer Branding:

Experience developing and promoting employer brand initiatives to attract top talent. Knowledge of employer branding strategies and tactics.

Data-Driven Approach:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights and inform recruitment decisions. Proficiency in using recruitment analytics tools.

Leadership and Team Management:

Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Experience coaching and mentoring talent acquisition professionals.

Collaboration and Influence:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build strong relationships.

Project Management:

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

Industry Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of current trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and recruitment. Licenses and Certifications Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter (ACIR) preferred SPHR or

The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.
