Job Overview Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Management, the Manager, Talent Acquisition, is responsible for the execution of end-to-end talent acquisition activities to support the hiring needs of the organization utilizing internal and external recruiting resources for sourcing, screening, and selection of applicants. Managing a team of skilled talent acquisition professionals, this role is responsible for internal and external hiring strategies to promote internal career mobility and to drive external candidate awareness and interest. Additionally, this role is responsible for the definition, communication and updates of internal policies, as well as vendor management for the platforms and services that support these processes. Job Responsibilities
Serves as a senior-level recruiter and directs team members’ recruiting activity for non-exempt, exempt, and management positions, including agency/contractor/intern opportunities
Collaborates with managers as hiring needs are identified to proactively establish hiring criteria and “best fit” qualifications In partnership with HR Business Partners, manages internal talent acquisition policies, i.e., employee referral program, cross-entity transfers and expats, Visa applications, relocation, etc.
Builds and maintains critical relationships with external counsel and vendors to ensure hiring practices are compliant and vendor resources/platforms are fully utilized Develops standard operating procedures to support the onboarding of new talent acquisition team members and consistency across all hiring practices
Partners with leaders within Human Resources to ensure compliance of onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a seamless new hire and hiring manager experience; responsibilities include development and communication of onboarding resources
Partners with the Senior Manager, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and People Analytics on the reporting of hiring activities via comprehensive reports and analysis of short-term and long-term talent acquisition activities and trends
Responsible for the strategic placement of postings on social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, to broaden the awareness for open positions that are difficult/critical to fill
Guides all relocation processes to ensure timely and effective relocation of associates to new assignments by partnering with relocation vendor and coordinating requests for information, exceptions to policy, etc. Qualifications

Exhibits knowledge, awareness and engagement of the talent acquisition lifecycle to direct strategies, initiatives and activities to support the hiring manager and candidate experience
Anticipates needs and is proactive in supporting the immediate and long-term needs of hiring managers
Strong project management, prioritization and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong communicator and ability to build rapport and relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and execute through others, providing coaching and guiding the work of team members
Strong business acumen including problem solving, critical thinking and collaboration across multiple functions and departments, including senior leaders
Adept at directing and leading multiple competing priorities in a results-driven, rapidly changing environment Skill and confidence in addressing ambiguous and sometimes complex challenges/requests with very little direct guidance
Skilled in creating a strategic framework that integrates the “big picture” with tactical execution
Strong teamwork and partnering skills in support of the mission, vision and values of MBUSA and the Human Resources team Education and Work Experience
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience, with emphasis in Business Administration/Management or Human Resource Management 7 years’ talent acquisition/recruiting experience in a corporate environment; production environments a plus
Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading others
Working knowledge of Taleo and/or other contemporary ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Experience leading large scale projects to include internship programs, campus recruiting, etc.
Additional Skills:
Comprehensive knowledge in all areas of talent acquisition including internal and external selection practices and contingent workforce placement
Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
Interviewing experience with behavioral based interview method
