- to join our Global Recruitment Marketing team. Your expertise in content strategy, candidate experience, UX, SEO, and analytics and reporting will play a vital role in enhancing and driving impactful talent attraction initiatives. - Careers Site
- + Lead the careers site transformation for Jobs.
FreseniusMedicalCare.com in partnership with third-party agency, technical partner, direct team, and global stakeholders, includes UX, content development, stakeholder engagement, and project management and meeting key milestones + With technical partner, own career site management including page updates, UX, and 404 error updates to ensure website is accurate and meets the needs of our business in a timely manner + Respond to digital content requests in a timely manner and ensures requests are completed in a timely manner + Take the lead on site user requirements, job feeds, and ATS integrations
- Content and Storytelling
- + Collaborate with direct team and stakeholders to source and create content to attract talent + Produce content, in a variety of mediums, to amplify our culture and values, and sell FME to candidates across roles, locations, and channels + Stays up to date on content, web, and SEO trends to ensure our content stays relevant and makes an impact
- Analytics and Reporting
- + Develop and contribute to weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to demonstrate value and impact to stakeholders + Proactively report on, monitor, and analyze site performance (e.g traffic, conversions) + Support direct team by pulling careers site and/or Workday reports to understand and contribute to campaign proposals and end-of-campaign performance reports
- Project and Process Management
- + Develop and optimize processes, tools, and templates related to the careers site, site content, employee stories, analytics, and reporting for the global recruitment marketing team + Make recommendations to further enhance our digital content and careers site + Own and drive timelines, weekly meetings, status tracker of various work streams and communications

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS
- + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience + 5+ years of recruitment marketing, employer branding, or equivalent experience + Solid understanding of content strategy and storytelling + Experience in digital candidate or UX/UI + Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and proven ability to consistently meet deadlines + Strong ability to manage stakeholders and work with cross-functional, global teams + Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills + Experience analyzing and simplifying data to communicate impact to stakeholders + Knowledge of website analytics and reporting, UX and SEO best practices, and understanding of basic web publishing + Experience with Workday reporting, ATS integrations, job feeds, UTMs, Smartsheet automations, preferred Decades of experience in dialysis, innovative research, the global leader in dialysis services and products – that is Fresenius Medical Care.
