Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract top talent
• Conduct research to identify new sourcing channels and stay updated on industry trends
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Source and market new business and retain existing clients using a variety of methods including cold calling, networking, and online platforms
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Sales role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices
• Familiarity with HR sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience in employee relations is a plus
