Recruiting Staffing Manager 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Jamaica Plain, MA 02130 We are seeking a Bilingual Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess a strong background in customer service management. Monday, thru Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm at the office. Available weekends for confirmations and follow-up on the client’s needs.

Role and Responsibilities:

Support in ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures regarding temporary employees. Act as the primary point of contact at the client’s job site. Build and maintain strong relationships with both the client and our employees. Address client staffing needs by providing solutions that align with our mission, vision, and values. Oversee new employee check-ins, onboarding, and training. Manage a team of order selectors at a busy warehouse distribution center, especially during the holiday ramp-up period. Handle payroll troubleshooting, timesheet review, and other administrative duties. Manage employee relations, including coaching, counseling, and handling terminations. Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. 2+ years of staffing agency experience, with at least 1 year in a client-facing role. Strong experience with payroll troubleshooting and software tools like Outlook, Word, and Excel. Proven leadership experience, including coaching, counseling, and managing employee relations. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

$50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
