• Summary
• The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the strategic direction of the talent acquisition function to ensure the company is attracting and acquiring the right talent at the right time to help the company meet its objectives.##
• Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead, train, and manage a team of employees responsible for multiple projects
• Lead and execute strategic talent acquisition vision within team, as well as collaborate cross-functionally within the broader business
• Manage and monitor continuous improvement within talent acquisition processes to achieve hiring plans that emphasizes quality and speed of hires and a positive hiring and onboarding experience
• Partner with Third-Party Vendors to ensure effective execution of contract deliverables
• Determine the best use of resources and effective strategies for efforts with university partnerships and relations, career fairs, and other outreach activities.##
• You Must Have
• 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field
• BA/BS degree
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business
• United States Citizenship
• Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job.##
