Full-time, Exempt We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our full-cycle recruitment efforts. This role is responsible for developing creative talent acquisition strategies, elevating candidate experience, and driving recruitment outcomes that support the organization’s growth. The ideal candidate will manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialist and work in close partnership with hiring managers to deliver timely and effective hiring across all departments. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to address immediate and long-term talent needs. Design and implement diverse sourcing initiatives, including online platforms, employee referral programs, job fairs, and campus recruitment efforts. Collaborate with senior leaders to anticipate staffing demands and build proactive workforce plans. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive performance and achieve hiring goals. Establish clear performance metrics, track key recruitment KPIs, and foster ongoing professional development within the team. Promote a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative team environment. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection across all departments. Partner with hiring managers to craft engaging job descriptions and implement structured, consistent interview processes. Champion a seamless and engaging candidate experience from application through onboarding. Strengthen employer brand awareness through targeted recruitment marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and strategic partnerships with universities and industry organizations. Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to attract top talent. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and hiring data within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Analyze recruitment data to inform strategic decisions and provide reporting for the HR Scorecard and other internal stakeholders. Manage and optimize the use of the ATS and other recruiting technologies to enhance efficiency and user experience. Oversee the recruitment budget, monitor expenditures related to advertising, tools, events, and external agencies. Streamline and consolidate third-party recruiting vendors to reduce costs and improve service quality. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with demonstrated success in full-cycle talent acquisition. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR technologies. Proven ability to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and make sound decisions. Strategic and analytical mindset with a hands-on approach and keen attention to detail. Preferred Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth industries such as technology or financial services Professional certifications in HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS). Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, particularly UKG Pro or similar platforms. At least 2 years of experience in recruiting leadership or management role
