The Sr. Recruiting Manager will be responsible for maintaining personal production while leading a team of recruiters to meet branch and company goals. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities 60%
- Personal Production Source, qualify, and place candidates Collaborate with account executives to understand client needs Conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and negotiate pay rates Manage candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding and redeployment Maintain accurate records in Edge (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruiting policies 20-25%
- Team Leadership Drive team performance aligned with branch goals Conduct team meetings and monitor recruiting capacity Partner with leadership to allocate resources and resolve performance issues Lead redeployment efforts and ensure adherence to recruiting processes 10-20%
- Team Development Observe recruiter performance and provide coaching Identify development needs and create growth opportunities Foster a diverse and inclusive team environment 5%
- Personal Development Stay current with industry trends and continuously build relevant skills
Qualifications Position Requirements Experience:
5+ years in staffing industry recruiting, including 2+ years in a leadership position
Skills:
Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and ATS management skills
Leadership:

Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the local talent market and recruiting best practices
