This role is critical to building our talent acquisition strategy from the ground up and shaping the future of our workforce. Job Summary The Hiring Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing the company’s recruitment processes, establishing hiring protocols, and attracting top talent to support our growth. This is a newly created role, requiring a proactive leader with a proven track record of building hiring functions from scratch. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the company’s needs. Create and document hiring processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with leadership to identify staffing needs and define role requirements for new positions. Build relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and professional networks to source high-quality candidates. Design and implement employer branding initiatives to position the company as an attractive workplace. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make data-driven hiring decisions. Establish metrics to evaluate hiring success and continuously improve recruitment processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws and diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices. Train and guide managers on effective interviewing and candidate evaluation techniques. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company culture and role responsibilities.
Qualifications Experience :

Skills :
Expertise in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates across various roles. Strong project management skills to build and scale hiring processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Ability to develop creative strategies for employer branding and candidate engagement.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
