The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organizational needs. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to lead generation, and the ability to effectively utilize various recruiting tools and platforms. Responsibilities Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Utilize platforms such as Indeed for applicant tracking and management. Generate leads through cold calling and networking to identify potential candidates. Collaborate with managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Perform research to identify industry trends and competitive talent landscapes. Facilitate employee orientation sessions for new hires to ensure smooth onboarding experiences. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout their journey, providing updates and feedback. Requirements Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong skills in lead generation techniques, including cold calling. Experience in executive recruiting is a plus. Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively. Strong research abilities to stay informed about market trends and candidate availability. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
