You’ll 100x our top-of-funnel, turn passive candidates into high-conviction hires, and make sure the best people on the planet hear about us first. This role is based in-person at our Chelsea Piers HQ in NYC. You’ll work directly with the founder. What You’ll Do Blast the Funnel Open Run high-velocity outbound using Juicebox , managing multi-inbox campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and GitHub. Flood the Market Own inbound saturation in Eastern Europe —job boards, Telegram groups, niche platforms—to keep us top-of-mind for elite technical talent. Close Killers & Create Superfans Design a lightning-fast, high-signal, candidate-obsessed interview process . What We’re Looking For 4+ years experience of recruiting and fast promotion path at a high-performance startup or similarly intense environment. Excited & experienced to focus 70%+ of time on sourcing.
Fluent with modern recruiting tools:
Juicebox, Clay, Gem, etc. Engineering-minded and systems-oriented—you think in funnels, feedback loops, and automation. Highly organized, outcome-driven, and immune to fluff.
Compensation Range:
$150K – $210K
