The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs and establishing the relationship with new hires. Duties
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Manage recruiting team
- Coordinate employee orientation programs
- Lead generation for potential hires
- Specialize in technical recruiting and executive recruiting
- Manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes Experience
- Proven experience in interviewing, sales, and cold calling
- Strong background in employee orientation and lead generation
