Talent Acquisition Manager 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Moon, PA 15108 • Remote We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic company by leading recruitment initiatives and enhancing talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in applicant tracking systems and a strong ability to manage hiring processes effectively.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates across various roles within the organization. Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and tools like CareerBuilder to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and workforce planning. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process. Conduct background checks and verifications to maintain high standards in the selection process. Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and recommend improvements. Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships to support recruitment activities. Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in talent acquisition. Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management within a corporate setting. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, including Asynchronous Transfer Mode and CareerBuilder. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring processes. Experience conducting background checks and verifications. Excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders effectively. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with benefits functions and workforce planning. Demonstrated ability to analyze recruitment metrics and improve hiring strategies.
