This role is essential in ensuring we bring the best BCBA talent on board while also driving our client acquisition efforts to ensure we get clients in the door. We’re looking for someone who can actively recruit, engage, and connect with both top-tier clinicians and potential clients. As we continue to grow, we need someone who’s not only passionate about ABA but also highly skilled at building relationships with candidates, families, and the broader community.
Responsibilities:
Attend job fairs and networking events to engage potential
BCBA/RBT
candidates. Host town halls, webinars, and other outreach initiatives to connect with professionals in the field. Network on social media and other platforms to attract and engage top talent. Drive client acquisition by reaching out to families and communities to promote CelebrateYou ABA’s services. Build and maintain strong relationships with BCBA candidates, potential clients, and internal hiring managers. Work closely with the leadership team to align recruitment efforts with business needs and growth targets. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage candidate pipelines and track progress. Collaborate with marketing and other teams to raise the company’s visibility and attract both staff and clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in talent acquisition. Strong relationship-building skills to attract both talent and clients. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Excellent networking and communication skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders. Familiarity with BCBA roles, requirements, and the ABA field is highly desirable.
