What your future day will look like:
Organize and lead recruiting efforts
Develop new recruiting strategies
Enhance a network of business partners to assist in recruiting efforts
Create job postings and strategize with other teams on optimal recruitment signage
Travel regionally to different locations to interview and assist in onboarding
Manage a team of field recruiters

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
5+ Years or staffing or recruiting experience
Associate Degree or higher
3+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters
Demonstrated knowledge of high volume, full cycle recruiting
Clean driving record
