Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for manufacturing, engineering, R D, and sales roles.

Sourcing & Market Mapping:

Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build talent pipelines, identify high-quality candidates, and map out the competitive landscape for key industries.

Candidate Screening & Evaluation:

Manage the full recruitment process, from screening to interviews, ensuring that candidates are a strong fit culturally and technically for both clients and roles.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner closely with hiring managers across departments to understand staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.

Offer Management & Onboarding:

Oversee offer negotiations and assist with the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires into client organizations.

Qualifications:
Experience:

3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a background in manufacturing, engineering, or related technical industries.

Expertise:

Proven ability to source, identify, and place candidates in technical and senior management roles within engineering, manufacturing, and sales.

Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of key roles, industry trends, and the skills required in the manufacturing, engineering, and R D sectors.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
