Talent Acquisition Manager:
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of recruiters and HR coordinators in full-cycle recruitment across diverse clinical and non-clinical roles. You’ll be responsible for driving recruiting strategies, workforce planning initiatives, and process optimization to deliver top-tier talent aligned with Lexington Medical Center’s mission and values. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a dynamic and strategic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about elevating both candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Minimum Qualifications include:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in health care (required) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle recruitment teams Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience collaborating cross-functionally to meet dynamic workforce needs What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day recruitment operations for Recruiters and HR Coordinators Set priorities and performance expectations for the team Oversee full-cycle recruiting across clinical and non-clinical areas Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to hiring managers Evaluate recruiting metrics to guide continuous improvement Partner with leadership to execute short- and long-term talent strategies Drive process enhancements to improve efficiency and candidate experience Stay current on hiring trends, market conditions, and diversity best practices Represent LMC at recruitment conferences and professional events Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies Champion inclusive hiring practices and build strong talent pipelines Total Rewards At Lexington Medical Center, we believe in caring for our people just as we care for our patients.
