Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment
Partner with leadership to create smart hiring strategies that align with our business goals
Dig into recruitment data and market trends to make our hiring process better and faster
Keep our talent pipeline full so we’re ready when great opportunities (and great people) come along
Full-Cycle Recruiting
Own the entire hiring process from “we need someone” to “welcome to the team!”
Seek amazing candidates everywhere – job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, etc.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to find the perfect fit
Keep interviews organized and help everyone make smart hiring decisions
Coach hiring managers on how to spot great talent and conduct effective interviews
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
Be the face of our company – make every candidate feel valued
Continuously assess and improve our hiring process to ensure an excellent candidate experience
Represent the organization at career fairs, industry meetups, and networking events
Build relationships with universities, professional groups, and other recruiting partners
Process Improvement & Compliance
Always look for ways to make our hiring process smoother and more effective
Make sure we’re doing everything by the book when it comes to employment laws
Keep our candidate data organized and up-to-date in our systems
Update our recruiting playbook so everyone knows how we do things
Qualities:
Natural relationship builder
Organized multi-tasker with several competing priorities
Curious problem-solver who asks good questions and digs deeper
Genuine enthusiasm for helping people find great opportunities
Strong written and verbal skills
Technical & Background Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related field); we’ll consider equivalent experience
4-6 years of hands-on recruiting experience across different types of roles
Experience managing full recruitment cycles from start to finish
Proven track record of building relationship and influencing hiring decisions
High-level understanding of job posting and recruitment tools
Basic understanding of employment law and compliance requirements
