Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The MS Recruiter is primarily responsible for locating, selecting, and placing candidates in HCTec’s Managed Services business, as well as maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates. Additionally, this position is accountable for ensuring an efficient and positive recruitment and selection process for prospective Tier 1 and Tier 2 candidates. This position is located in our Winston-Salem, NC office and is a full-time in-office position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Creates positive, consultative relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand Managed Services position candidate profiles.
- Develops HCTec Managed Services employee brand presence on appropriate sourcing platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor) to attract talent in line with profile requirements.
- Proactively reaches out to passive candidates to share HCTec value proposition, build excitement for Managed Services business, and generate interest.
- Maintains pipeline and candidate records in appropriate Applicant Tracking System; generates regular reports and analyzes results to share feedback with stakeholders on time to hire, quality of hire, and sourcing.
- Represents HCTec at hiring events, job fairs, and in community and workforce partnerships.
- Generates creative sourcing and recruitment campaigns and strategies; Translates value proposition and campaign ideas to Marketing team and creative agency for execution. Recruiting and Selection
- Hires quality candidates within agreed-upon timeframes and compensation ranges.
- Builds relationships with prospective candidates through a polished and professional approach, competitive drive, and sense of urgency.
- Determines applicant qualifications by sourcing applicants, screening and analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Facilitates communication between the candidate and interview teams, ensuring a positive experience for both candidate and employer.
- Serves as primary contact for candidate throughout the interview, selection, and hiring process, including answering questions, negotiating compensation, and presenting job offers. Assist candidates in answering questions they have related to the position including but not limited to payroll, benefits, time off, travel and holiday pay.
- Hands off selected candidates as appropriate to HR team and hiring manager for onboarding.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications or other relevant field required.
Experience:
3-5 years recruiting experience in IT field, specifically recruiting service center and credentialed technology professionals. Some experience working in an in-house corporate recruiting team preferred but not required. Working knowledge of technical positions and certifications. Healthcare experience helpful but not explicitly required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Works in well-lit, ventilated and climate controlled office environment with routine office equipment; some equipment has moving mechanical parts. Noise level in the work environment is typical for an office and/or hospital environment. Minimum overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.
