This is a part of a NEW strategic initiative, and this candidate will play a lead role in the development and execution of a Racquets Education Platform and coach education delivery on court.

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching delivery, sports management, and professional development, with the ability to create and oversee training programs for both on-court coaching across all racquet sports and off-court roles collaborating with SME’s in leadership, marketing, finance, hospitality, and operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and racquet sports education. The candidate must be a visionary leader that embraces collaboration, innovation, technology, connectivity with the clubs and is driven to grow others while shaping the future of racquet sports education. Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum & Course Development:

Design, develop, and implement education courses tailored for on-court coaching across all racquet sports and off-court roles in areas like leadership, marketing, finance, hospitality, and operations. Ensure course content aligns with industry best practices and evolving trends in racquet sports and sports management. Oversee the entire curriculum development process, ensuring a structured and comprehensive learning experience.

Content Creation & Collaboration:

Partner with subject matter experts, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to develop high-quality educational materials. Create a diverse range of learning formats, including online modules, in-person workshops, certification programs, and interactive content and options with AI.

Training Delivery & Facilitation:

Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs for racquet sports professionals nationwide. Ensure all educational initiatives provide value to professionals at different career stages, from entry-level to executive roles.

Team Leadership & Quality Assurance:

Oversee and manage the education team, providing mentorship and strategic direction. Maintain high-quality educational standards by continuously evaluating and refining course content based on feedback, research, and industry advancements.

Technology & Learning Innovation:

Work closely with the digital team to integrate e-learning platforms, instructional design tools, and interactive digital resources into course delivery. Ensure that online and in-person education programs are engaging, accessible, and effective.

Stakeholder & Industry Engagement:

Build strong relationships with coaching organizations, professional associations, and racquet sports leaders to enhance the reach and credibility of our education platform. Represent Cliff Drysdale Management at industry conferences, networking events, and partner meetings.

Qualifications:

Deep expertise in curriculum development and instructional design, with experience managing the entire course creation process. Minimum 5-7 years of experience developing education programs, training initiatives, or professional development courses, preferably in sports or racquet sports. Strong background in racquet sports coaching and/or sports management is highly preferred. Proven leadership experience in developing large-scale training programs and managing education teams. Excellent public speaking, communication, and presentation skills. Experience working with online learning platforms, instructional design software, and digital education tools is a plus. Willingness to travel for training events and industry engagements.

Travel:

Up to 10 weeks per calendar year.
