Your Role:
Training & Integration Manager As our Training & Integration Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of engaging, effective training programs on our aesthetic devices. Your audience will include healthcare professionals and aesthetic practitioners, and your mission is to ensure they feel confident, competent, and inspired to deliver the best patient outcomes. We’re looking for a bubbly, energetic personality who also brings strength and confidence to lead impactful training sessions. You’ll not only teach how to use our technology but also guide clients on how to implement it effectively within their clinics and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on the safe, effective, and marketable use of our devices Develop training materials, manuals, protocols, and certification processes Teach clients how to promote and position their new technology to attract patients and grow revenue Customize training content to suit a variety of medical and aesthetic professionals Support product launches with educational workshops, demos, and marketing strategy guidance Provide ongoing training updates and refreshers to existing clients Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to ensure consistent education standards Represent the brand at conferences, trade shows, and live events
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in clinical training, ideally within the aesthetic or medical device industry Confident trainer with hands-on treatment knowledge An Inspiring communicator with warm, positive, and engaging presentation skills Strong leadership and organizational skills Confident in delivering both technical and marketing training Skilled at simplifying complex technology for a variety of learners Able and willing to travel (occasional regional/ national and infrequent international) Passion for education, beauty, wellness, and innovation
