We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Manager to lead the development, management, and delivery of training documentation and programs supporting a major operational transition-from a country-based model to a centralized, process-based model. This role will be critical in ensuring that training plans and work instructions are robust, accurate, and aligned with business needs to ensure a smooth and effective transition.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive training plan tailored to support the shift to a process-based operating model. Create, manage, and maintain detailed Work Instructions (WIs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other training documentation. Ensure training content is clear, consistent, and aligned with new processes and organizational objectives. Partner with process owners, subject matter experts, and transition teams to gather information and translate it into effective training materials. Coordinate and deliver training sessions (virtual and/or in-person) as required. Monitor training effectiveness and adjust content based on feedback and evolving needs. Establish documentation control practices to ensure version management and audit readiness.
Required SkillsQualifications:
Proven experience in training development, instructional design, or documentation management. Strong understanding of organizational change, especially in transitioning to process-driven models. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly documentation. Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders in multiple regions or departments. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in business process management, operations, or organizational transformation. Experience supporting global transitions or change management initiatives. Certification in instructional design, training, or change management (e.g., ATD, Prosci) is a plus.
