Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the needs of various departments. Deliver engaging training sessions using effective public speaking techniques to ensure participant understanding and retention. Utilize HRIS systems, including Workday, for tracking employee progress and managing training records. Collaborate with HR sourcing teams to identify skills gaps and develop targeted training solutions. Conduct employee evaluations to assess training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to programs. Foster positive employee relations by creating a supportive learning environment that encourages feedback and growth. Manage performance management processes by providing guidance on best practices in employee development. Stay updated on industry trends in human capital management to continuously improve training methodologies. Qualifications Proven experience in program design and delivery of training initiatives within a corporate environment. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms is preferred. Knowledge of human capital management principles and practices. Experience in HR sourcing, employee evaluation, and performance management processes is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational abilities.
