Job Summary We are seeking a Director of Provider Education to spearhead the development and implementation of education and training programs for our wound care providers. This role will ensure that our clinical teams are highly proficient in regenerative wound care techniques, adhere to best practices, and meet all necessary compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in clinical education, training, and regenerative medicine. Key Responsibilities Education Program Development & Management Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive educational programs for wound care providers across various partner facilities. Design training curricula, modules, and materials focused on regenerative wound care techniques, advanced treatment protocols, and patient care strategies. Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to identify training needs and ensure programs are aligned with current industry standards and company goals. Training & Development Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions on wound care best practices, regenerative medicine principles, and clinical documentation. Provide hands-on clinical training to ensure providers can effectively apply regenerative wound care techniques in practice. Develop competency assessments and conduct regular evaluations to track provider progress and training outcomes. Collaboration & Leadership Serve as the primary clinical education resource for wound care providers, offering ongoing mentorship and support. Work closely with operations and leadership teams to integrate provider education initiatives with Dr. Mobicare’s overall mission and regulatory requirements. Lead a team of education specialists, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure all training programs meet regulatory standards and industry best practices. Monitor the performance and competency of trained providers through audits and ongoing evaluations. Address knowledge gaps and implement targeted coaching to improve clinical performance and adherence to treatment protocols. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Stay current with advancements in regenerative medicine and wound care practices to ensure education programs remain at the forefront of the industry. Continuously assess and improve training programs based on feedback, performance metrics, and emerging trends in the field of wound care. Qualifications Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) with significant experience in wound care. Wound care certification (WCC, CWCN, CWS, or similar) preferred. 2 years of experience in clinical education, provider training, or wound care practice. Strong knowledge of regenerative wound care treatments and protocols. Proven experience designing and delivering clinical education programs.
